They kept half of our deposit with no work being performed. And won’t give us an explanation. Update 9-8-22 the company did not give us a breakdown of costs accrued, and therefore the reason for keeping our money. Dishonest company, beware

I had 1st Choice Windows and Siding replace all my windows and siding, and from the start, they were on time and professional. Thorough the whole experience, I had my questions answered when asked. It was really easy to work with this company. The colors I chose were exactly as the samples I picked from, and in the end my home looks great. I would recommend them to anyone.

It has been 4 years since our entire house was re-sided with LP SmartSide and it continues to look FANTASTIC! We are looking to move soon and will keep 1st Choice as our 1st Choice for future window and siding needs.

Jay was a true gem. He helped stop that pesky draft from our old windows. Now I can't wait to see how it benefits our utility bill.

BE CAREFUL and know where your money is going. The salesman tried to charge a higher sales tax than applicable to my jurisdiction. When I requested an itemized invoice showing taxable materials and non-taxable labor THEY REFUSED. The lack of transparency makes me question their business practices. The residential siding installation was generally satisfactory, presumably by subcontractors, and a couple of issues were resolved. A company representative DID NOT contact me for a final inspection upon completion of the job.

We had our first meeting with 1st Choice Windows this morning. Chris was very knowledgeable, we could tell he knew his stuff. Excited to get our new sliding door soon.

After doing lots of research and meeting with other companies, we were so happy to find 1st Choice. Helen was able to get us an appointment quickly and Chris was very thorough and walked us through all of our options while keeping our budget in mind. We know we are getting a quality product with great service- looking forward to our install!

Everything was great about my experience until the end of my business with 1st choice. Our door was installed the first week of January and that is when we paid the second deposit. A month goes by then they cashed the check. We had switched bank accounts by that point and had not realized that the check was still outstanding. We received a not very nice email from their office manager saying we now would owe their $12 return check fee. I called frustrated about this as I don’t think cashing a check 4 weeks after it is written is a good practice and I was told “we’ll the owner doesn’t go to the bank everyday.” If that is the case then a little bit of warning would have been appreciated at the time the check was written. UPDATE: It’s great getting the passive aggressive response from the “owner” but I have not heard from anyone whether the check I mailed two weeks ago was even received. It has still not been cashed and no one has let me know any status on it even though I emailed saying it was in the mail. Hopefully it will be cashed before March and I’ll be able to close out this bank account.
